a new feature added to the dzoic handshakes clubs "GROUP BULLETINS"

this feature allows users to post a bulletin and it will notify all club members in their internal and external emaill address about the new bulletin post

IN demo here only blank template is working but in actual mod works in all template it comes with a very detailed install page where you can isntall it without any problem and zero tension.
